Refund policy

RETURNS

Shop Embracing Spirituality does not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of the products sold. The products sold under our Services are very sensitive and become personalized to the buyer. Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse, it can not be returned or repackaged to another buyer. Products touched or partially used become useless to other persons except the user.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

Customers have 15 days after purchase to contact Shop Embracing Spirituality for an exchange of product if the product has been lost or damaged during shipment. Please provide proof of receipt and pictures if your product arrives damaged. Upon noticing a damaged product, take a picture of the package immediately and contact us at shop.embracingspirituality@gmail.com. After 15 days since purchase, we can not offer exchange.

If for any reason you receive the wrong order, in order to be eligible for exchange, the product received must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has been tampered with, we can not exchange it. Customers in this position have 5 days after receipt of purchase to contact us at shop.embracingspirituality@gmail.com to receive your correct order. We require visual (image or video) proof of wrong product received (including package) and receipt to complete exchange process.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Sanitary goods

For products not designed by us, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellations (if applicable)

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, if cancellation option is not provided on PayPal checkout, please check your account on the My Account page or contact us within the first hour of purchase at shop.embracingspirituality@gmail.com

Please note that items are usually processed immediately after purchase, once your order begins processing or once the the order has been shipped we can not offer cancellation.

Late or missing cancellation refund (if applicable)
After being approved for cancellation, if payment was received for your purchase and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop.embracingspirituality@gmail.com.

SHIPPING

For an exchange, please send items to: 255 Huguenot Street, New York, NY, 10801, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
